How often should I get my windows cleaned?
Most customers choose a 4 or 8-weekly round to keep windows consistently clean throughout the year. One-off cleans are also available if you just need a single visit.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No — our regular rounds are flexible and can be paused or cancelled with a little notice. There's no long-term contract.
Will I be reminded before each visit?
Yes — we send a text reminder before every scheduled visit, so you always know when we're coming.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Light rain doesn't usually affect the clean, since we use a pure water system either way. In poor weather we'll get in touch to rearrange if needed.

Yes — frames and sills are included as part of our standard window cleaning service, not just the glass.
What is a pure water window cleaning system?
Pure water systems filter tap water so minerals are removed. Because purified water has nothing left to leave behind, glass dries clean without streaks or spots — with no need for chemical detergents.
Do you clean flats and apartments?

Can you clean conservatory roofs and skylights?
